Polskie Towarzystwo Hepatologiczne - Prague Hepatology Meeting 2008

Dear friends,

Czech Society of Hepatology and the Foundation of Czech Society of Hepatology organize on 18th – 20th September 2008 in the Diplomat Hotel Congress and Conference Centre in Prague, Czech Republic an interesting specialized congress event – Prague Hepatology Meeting 2008.

The scientific programme of the meeting will be chaired by invited local and foreign specialists, and prominent foreing experts will present their own lectures. The scientific programme of the meeting is divided into separate thematic sections, including:

Cirrhosis
Complication of Cirrhosis
Cholestasis
Liver Transplantation
Viral Hepatitis B and C
Fibrogenesis
Alcoholic Liver Disease
Non- Alcoholic Liver Disease
Hereditary Liver Disease
Hot Topics

The scientific programme will further include discussions concerning the presented topics. The programme of the meeting will be complemented by specialized symposiums and accompanying presentations of selected companies. The participants will be welcome to join in an active way, both in discussions over the individual topics within the lectures of the scientific sessions, as well as through poster presentations within the poster section of the meeting. Further activities of the meeting will certainly include social and accompanying programmes, drawing upon the charming atmosphere and possibilities of the historical city of Prague.
